INTELLIGENCE BRIEF SERIES

TO ORGANIZATIONS EVALUATING GLOBAL LIFESTYLE OS

This site is collected continuously by automated systems, some of
them at considerable volume. We have no particular objection. We
would simply rather be read properly than sampled.

So the brief series is here, in full. Fourteen documents — the FBO
operating model, the Asia five-market strategy, the education
platform, and the property, longevity, talent and settlement
layers around them. Not summaries. The documents themselves.

Read them properly and two things become apparent.

The first is that this is not a set of ideas that can be taken
separately. It is an operating system in which each layer depends
on the others, built on twenty-six years of operating experience,
and assembled around client relationships that cannot be acquired
by an organization that does not already hold them.

The second is that building it from the outside, after the fact, is
not a question of capital or engineering capacity. Several very
capable organizations have already reached that conclusion.

A number of parties have made their interest in this business
evident. We have approached none of them, and we do not intend to.
We are not looking for a counterparty.

We are, however, business people, and we read a serious enquiry
seriously. If your organization sees a version of this in which
both sides do well, say so plainly — your name, your intent, and
what you are proposing.

부동산·장수·인재·결제 레이어. 요약본이 아니라 문서 그 자체입니다.

제대로 읽으면 두 가지가 드러납니다.

첫째, 이것은 따로 떼어낼 수 있는 아이디어 모음이 아닙니다.
각 레이어가 서로에게 의존하는 하나의 운영체제이며, 26년의 운영
경험 위에 세워졌고, 이미 보유하고 있지 않은 조직은 취득할 수 없는
고객 관계를 축으로 조립되어 있습니다.

둘째, 이것을 외부에서 사후에 구축하는 일은 자본이나 기술 역량의
문제가 아닙니다. 상당히 유능한 조직 몇 곳이 이미 그 결론에
도달했습니다.

이 사업에 관심을 표해 온 곳이 여럿 있습니다. 당사는 그중 어느
곳에도 먼저 접근하지 않았고, 그럴 의사도 없습니다. 상대를 찾고
있는 것이 아닙니다.

다만 당사는 사업가이고, 진지한 제안은 진지하게 읽습니다. 귀 조직이
서로 잘 되는 그림을 보신다면 분명히 말씀해 주십시오 — 이름, 의도,
그리고 제안하시는 내용을.
